The Standard for Bulk, Durable Apparel

Screen printing is the standard for bulk t-shirt printing and any order where you need the same logo on a lot of garments (tees, hoodies, workwear) at a price point that holds up at volume. The more units in the run, the more the per-piece cost works in your favor, which is why it’s the go-to method for team uniforms, event shirts, and crew apparel rather than one-off pieces.

Durability is where screen printing earns its place over cheaper decoration methods. Ink is pushed into the fibers of the garment instead of sitting on top of it, so it holds up through significantly more washes than an iron-on transfer, which tends to crack, peel, or fade with regular laundering. We also offer digital transfers (DTF), where your design is printed onto a film and pressed onto the garment. DTF can hold up well on smaller, detailed designs, and works across a wider range of fabrics, but for large logo runs on team and crew apparel, screen printing is still the more durable, cost-effective choice. Which method fits your order best usually comes down to the design and the fabric, and that’s a quick conversation with your account contact, not something you need to figure out on your own.

It’s also a different tool than embroidery.

Screen printing and DTF are best for large-area graphics, bold color, and high quantities on cotton and cotton-blend fabric. Embroidery tends to be the better call for polos, hats, and other structured pieces, though the right choice can depend on the specific fabric and design. We’ll help you figure out which decoration method is right for your order instead of pushing one where it doesn’t fit.

Every apparel order at Established Merch goes through the same shop, the same press, and the same quality check, whether it’s 50 pieces or 5,000.
