The Standard for Durable, Professional Apparel
Durability is where embroidery earns its place over printed decoration methods. Thread is stitched into the fabric rather than applied on top of it, so it holds up through years of washing and regular wear without cracking, peeling, or fading the way a printed or transferred logo can. For large, bold graphics or higher-volume runs on t-shirts, screen printing or digital transfers (DTF) usually make more sense than embroidery, and that’s a quick conversation with your account contact – not something you need to figure out.
It’s also a different tool than screen printing or DTF
Embroidery works best on structured or heavier fabrics, like polos, jackets, hats, and bags, where a stitched logo holds its shape. Screen printing and DTF tend to be the better call for large-area graphics on cotton tees at higher quantities, though the right choice can depend on the specific fabric and design. We’ll help you figure out which decoration method is right for your order instead of pushing one where it doesn’t fit.
Every embroidery order at Established Merch goes through the same digitizing, stitching, and quality check, whether it’s a dozen polos or a few hundred.
